A big part of our hybrid approach is how we communicate with clients through WhatsApp, Tiktok and Instagram. These platforms let us stay connected in real time, whether you want to share inspiration photos, ask questions, or review design drafts. It’s an easy, informal way to collaborate without needing to be in the same place. Clients appreciate being able to send a quick message or voice notes whenever it suits them. We respond promptly with expert advice, and updates. This direct communication is without pressure and removes unnecessary delays.

While we do have a large selection of Jewellery available to order online or in Lilywho HQ, it represents just a small portion of what we do. The majority of our work is bespoke Jewellery, created in direct collaboration with clients.
By removing the overheads of a full time retail space, we’re able to offer more competitive pricing without compromising on quality. We work with clients across Ireland and beyond. We regularly speak with customers through video calls or WhatsApp, sharing ideas, sketches, cad drawings, and stone options before anything is ever made. And for those who prefer in person service, we offer private appointments or mobile visits when needed. It’s modern, efficient, and personal, everything traditional retail often isn’t.
