9CT & 18CT Gold Jewellery Care 9ct and 18ct jewellery must be carefully maintained. Note a lot of our chains and necklaces are delicate. It does not matter if they are made from gold, if they get a pull they can break. Broken necklaces are not covered under the warranty.  

The Lilywho FINE Jewellery collection is either 9ct Gold or 18ct Gold and won't ever fade in colour like gold plated Jewellery. Chemicals will make it change colour, however as it is solid 9ct or 18ct it can always be cleaned & polished like new.

How to correctly look after your 9ct or 18ct gold jewellery;

• Cut the label off with scissors. Do not rip it off.
• Do not allow your Jewellery to come into contact with perfume, chemicals, chlorine, lotions etc.
• Do not shower or swim with your jewellery on.  
• NEVER place all your jewellery in one box or bag as once pieces touch each other they will scratch. Keep every piece of jewellery in a completely separate bag or box.
• Store in a dry place.
• Do not use cleaning dips. Clean with a cotton bud or soft dry cloth only.
