9ct Gold Script Name Necklace (1-6 Letters)
Store owner replied: Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your necklace has broken. Despite the necklace being purchased in 2024, we would have offered you a free repair service. Unfortunately, we were not contacted regarding the damage, so we were never given the opportunity to arrange a repair. Jewellery can experience wear and damage over time, depending on how frequently it is worn, how it is cared for and how it is used. We completely understand if, in this instance, you preferred to leave a review rather than contact us. However, we are always very happy to assist and work towards resolving any issues our customers might have.
Part of my order didnt arrive with first delivery- which was a shame as it delayed me gifting it as a present. Also very slow delivery but i think that is down to the courier! Otherwise their jewellery is gorgeous - my 3rd time purchasing from Lilywho and will be purchasing again! 🌟🌟🌟
Bought for my mam 60th as wanted something special, absolutely beautiful, packaging beautiful, presentation absolutely, so so happy with this gift. The customer service alone 💯 very nice people to deal with.. unfortunately I need to purchase myself one now 😆 Loved it sooo much considering changing my name hahaha. Thank you all so much beautiful xxx
Very small, I could hardly do them up.
Silver Small Pave Chunky Earring
Store owner replied: Hi Michael, thanks for the order of the €29.50 sterling silver earrings called "Silver Small Pave earrings". Also thanks for the review. Sorry you felt they were Small. As they are small, we do have the word Small in the product title and have also mentioned the size is 11mm in the description. Hopefully you will still enjoy wearing them. Thanks again. Lily
Really lovely little earrings. True to size and good quality.
Beautiful small 9ct gold huggie hoops. Petite and thin.

The incorrect order arrived. Customer service were prompt to apologise once contacted, and have shipped a replacement. However still disappointed as this was meant to be a gift for an occasion, and the occasion has since passed
Silver Script Initial Bracelet
Store owner replied: Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry that the incorrect order was sent and that this caused you to miss the occasion the gift was intended for. While we were able to quickly arrange a replacement, we completely understand that this doesn't make up for the disappointment of it arriving too late for the special moment. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we resolved the issue, and we're reviewing our processes to help prevent similar mistakes in the future. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to put things right.
I bought this bracelet to stack with the engraved bracelet and it pairs so perfectly together 🤍 Such great value, really delicate and pretty, and looks even nicer on than I expected. The quality is lovely and it layers beautifully with the engraved bracelet for an everyday stack. Delighted with it!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I originally ordered one of the engraved bracelets as a gift for a friend and loved it so much I had to come back and order one for myself 🤍 The whole process was so easy, especially uploading the engraving/photos, and the finished pieces are absolutely stunning. Such a special keepsake and beautifully made. Would highly recommend - 5 stars
A beautiful delicate piece

Sorry but the necklace was that fine it had some very fine knots in the chain very very thin chain, pendant ok
9ct Gold Engravable Rectangle Tag Necklace
Store owner replied: Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the chain was tangled during transit, and we understand how frustrating that can be when opening a new piece. We've since made improvements to our packaging process to help prevent this from happening in the future. We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the pendant itself, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
Bought them as a birthday gift. They loved them they liked the style because it was different from the norm.

The earrings are nice but when you unclip the back of it the diamond can fall off.
Third one ordered for myself and my two sisters with my mams writing Love them so much
Got these for my wife and she loved them. Well worth the money and so much nicer than the picture to be honest. Top quality and very affordable and look amazing.
Very prompt delivery, thank you.
Beautiful everyday hoop earrings. Love them so much I seldom take them out! Very quick delivery and excellent customer service!
Bought for my niece, lovely quality, nice packaging.
I feel the placement of the birthstone causes it to twist around the wrong way when the name is flat against the chest. Very disappointed with this.
Great product and service
Unfortunately delivery to took long but at the of the day the piece was fantastic
I've sent my engraved coin bracelet for repairs 2 years after purchasing, I've tried other places and they weren't able to fix it. LILYWHO fixed and polished the whole bracelet for me, and delivered it back safely.. I cannot recommend this company enough.
