Order Cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel any order placed. However a customer cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. At that point it is outside of our control. In such instances the customer will take responsibility for the cost of returning the products at which point the request will be completed.

Payment
Major credit/debit cards are acceptable forms of payment for the goods available from this website. We do not accept payments by cheque. All goods remain the property of Lilywho Ltd until paid for in full. The company reserve the right to refuse any transaction for whatever reason.
Returned Items
The customer must accept full responsibility for the cost and safe return of any item of which you require an exchange or refund. Lilywho Ltd accept no liability for any item until safely received at our registered premises. The company reserves the right to refuse all exchanges or refunds requested after 30 days of the order being dispatched. All items returned for exchange or refund are subject to a thorough examination of condition. The company reserves the right to refuse all returned items if deemed not to be in the same perfect condition supplied to the customer. All items received by the company will be processed within 30 days. We will only refund Postage costs when either the item has a clear manufactures fault or an error has occurred of which we accept full responsibility.
Delivery
If in stock all orders will be dispatched immediately and should reach customers in Ireland in less than 2 days, 7-10 days for the UK and the rest of the World.
If we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you by email.
We are not responsible should an order not reach our customers due to an error in information i.e; wrong delivery address. Please ensure that all details are correct when entering them, as they are used exactly as entered by yourself when submitting your order.
Faulty Items
Lilywho Ltd. will repair or replace all under warranty items that are faulty, due to a manufacturing error. Please return any faulty items to Lilywho for examination. You the customer will incur the cost and responsibility of return of said items until safely delivered to the registered premises of Lilywho Ltd.

Store owner replied: Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your necklace has broken. Despite the necklace being purchased in 2024, we would have offered you a free repair service. Unfortunately, we were not contacted regarding the damage, so we were never given the opportunity to arrange a repair. Jewellery can experience wear and damage over time, depending on how frequently it is worn, how it is cared for and how it is used. We completely understand if, in this instance, you preferred to leave a review rather than contact us. However, we are always very happy to assist and work towards resolving any issues our customers might have.
Part of my order didnt arrive with first delivery- which was a shame as it delayed me gifting it as a present. Also very slow delivery but i think that is down to the courier! Otherwise their jewellery is gorgeous - my 3rd time purchasing from Lilywho and will be purchasing again! 🌟🌟🌟

The incorrect order arrived. Customer service were prompt to apologise once contacted, and have shipped a replacement. However still disappointed as this was meant to be a gift for an occasion, and the occasion has since passed

I bought this bracelet to stack with the engraved bracelet and it pairs so perfectly together 🤍 Such great value, really delicate and pretty, and looks even nicer on than I expected. The quality is lovely and it layers beautifully with the engraved bracelet for an everyday stack. Delighted with it!
