Information contained on Website
The information on this website is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by Lilywho Ltd and is based on information supplied by our manufacturers or suppliers. Lilywho Ltd constantly work to keep the information as up to date and as accurate as possible. 

Order Cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel any order placed. However a customer cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. At that point it is outside of our control. In such instances the customer will take responsibility for the cost of returning the products at which point the request will be completed. 

Lilywho Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend any order before the order has been dispatched

Payment
Major credit/debit cards are acceptable forms of payment for the goods available from this website. We do not accept payments by cheque. All goods remain the property of Lilywho Ltd until paid for in full. The company reserve the right to refuse any transaction for whatever reason.

Returned Items
The customer must accept full responsibility for the cost and safe return of any item of which you require an exchange or refund. Lilywho Ltd accept no liability for any item until safely received at our registered premises. The company reserves the right to refuse all exchanges or refunds requested after 30 days of the order being dispatched. All items returned for exchange or refund are subject to a thorough examination of condition. The company reserves the right to refuse all returned items if deemed not to be in the same perfect condition supplied to the customer. All items received by the company will be processed within 30 days.  We will only refund Postage costs when either the item has a clear manufactures fault or an error has occurred of which we accept full responsibility.

Delivery
If in stock all orders will be dispatched immediately and should reach customers in Ireland in less than 2 days, 7-10 days for the UK and the rest of the World. 

If we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you by email.

We are not responsible should an order not reach our customers due to an error in information i.e; wrong delivery address. Please ensure that all details are correct when entering them, as they are used exactly as entered by yourself when submitting your order.

Faulty Items
Lilywho Ltd. will repair or replace all under warranty items that are faulty, due to a manufacturing error.  Please return any faulty items to Lilywho for examination. You the customer will incur the cost and responsibility of return of said items until safely delivered to the registered premises of Lilywho Ltd.
